"I have been a guest at the Twin Palms for five years with my most recent trip in November of 2010. My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. My room is always clean and the environment was great for our young child. The location to ASU and Tempe events was very convenient. Twin Palms will continue to be my top choice in Tempe!"
"I stayed at the Twin Palms in Tempe for business one night! My flight was in at 9:00 am and they were kind enough to let me check in early due to meeting starting at 11;30. They answer the phone like they love theie job,and whenever I needed anything fronnt desk was quick to help. The shuttle picked me up as well as took me around. They even started calling me by my first name which built great rapport with me. My room was clean,and had a nice view. I would stay there everytime I need to visit Tempe.. I am amazed at the service there."
"We called after midnight to find someplace that would deliver food to the hotel, and they were more than helpful. The rooms are standard looking and ours was clean. We were about a 15 minute walk from all the bars, restaurants and shopping. ASU is right across the road. The shuttle to and from the airport was conveinent and very nice. I would stay here again."
